This policy covers the insured against losses that is, direct loss of money and/or loss of goods belonging to the insured or under his custody, sustained as a result of dishonest or fraudulent acts committed by the insured’s employees and resulting in improper financial gains for themselves or others, while performing their business duties. 

Normally this cover is given as an extension on a Money Insurance policy.
